As a research, evaluation, and strategy firm run by women of color, we believe that knowledge and data are collaborative, generative processes. Our focus on fostering community and connection extends not only into how we conduct the research, but also in how the company itself functions. By working to break down how conventional research separates the subjects from the researchers, we can help to build up communities with transformative research that focuses on instinct, empathy, and growth.
